This group of students  plan to work actively in school to make a difference for students so students can feel safe and have a good experience of school life. Violence in all forms - physical , verbal, psychological is NOT tolerated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The question is HOW can they make a difference?&lt;br /&gt;If we believe we can not change others we can only change ourselves  What can this group?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is simple really and can be achieved in 3 steps&lt;img src="file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/ghughes/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpg" alt="" /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead by example&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Educate/ Inform - Get students thinking&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stand beside those being targeted,   and SAY "  WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS NOT OK - IT IS NOT OK- VIOLENCE IS NOT OK"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Clearly &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we watch and do nothing&lt;br /&gt;If we follow to enjoy the spectacle&lt;br /&gt;If we go to support our mates in a fight/ argument&lt;br /&gt;If we involve ourselves in the action&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WE are condoning / perpetuating  VIOLENCE  and   what we are doing IS NOT OK&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WHAT ARE YOU DOING ?&lt;br /&gt;IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING OK?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_xeGcbJw1lFw/Si9alJwOl6I/AAAAAAAAABU/F3IJJRZFO_c/s1600-h/power+wheel.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Sometimes we will go in the same direction and other times we will pull apart.&lt;br /&gt;Making true friends can be tricky. Just because some one is our friend doesn't mean that they are always good for us. People change and sometimes that change is not always positve.&lt;br /&gt;Friends who take take and take but give nothing back are not good friends. These friends never share, dump you when they get a new boyfriend but expect you to pick up the pieces when it falls apart, ask you to lie for them and often only talk about themselves.
